My own journeys through grief and loss continue to teach me about the importance of community, support, and creativity. I enjoy reconnecting to my ancestral traditions (Highland Scotland) as well as spending time in nature or engaged in storytelling and art. It is my honour to walk with others working through grief and loss, inter-generational trauma, and to reclaim your own practices that can support you along your way.

I work with people 16+, am a vendor with FNHA, and offer queer and gender-affirming care. My training and passions are to provide relational, client-centred, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed counselling.

We all hold potential for healing, transformation, and personal growth. I approach therapy with warmth, compassion, intuition, optimism, and collaboration. In our time together we can work with memories, present situations, and future worries. To understand, make sense of experiences while finding self-compassion for what we have been through and how we are today.

I work to uphold an anti-oppressive approach which means I recognize the structural nature of oppression, and the ways this can impact our wellness and shape concern and challenges clients may face.

I believe that our diverse ways of thinking and experiencing the world should be honoured and respected, and I am committed to providing a neurodiversity affirming space to explore your concerns and work with you to develop strategies and skills that fit with your unique way of being.
