Welcome to Ash Tree Counselling

Reclaim. Relate. Reconnect.

Ash Trees are sacred trees in many cultures, including Celtic and Norse. These trees represent wisdom, guidance, and the interconnection between all things.

Here at Ash Tree we hope to support you in (re)connecting to your inner wisdom and guidance.

About Ash Tree

Ash Tree Counselling was created to support the community in a way that was rooted in values of holistic, trauma-informed, and relational practice.

Many of our wounds happened in relation to discriminatory systems or family dysfunction, so the healing needs to also happen in relationship.

Reconnecting to parts of your identity and reclaiming your sense of belonging are what we believe is at the core of healing.

We aim to offer an environment where clients can develop a sense of security through relationship and begin steps to healing what disconnected them in the first place.
